PNS Azmat anchors at Indonesian base

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Navy’s newly-commissioned fast attack craft PNS Azmat, lowered anchor at Sebang Naval base, Indonesia on Wednesday.
The craft started its voyage home from China in April and passing through different countries including Malaysia and Indonesia, the warship will reach Pakistan shortly, a press release from Jakarta stated. PNS Azmat is the first of Azmat class fast attack craft (missile).The vessel is equipped with state-of-the-art weapons and sensors, including surface-to-surface missiles and has stealth features.Defence Attache, Pakistan Embassy, Indonesia, Colonel Umer, Base Commander, Sebang, Col Dodi and other Indonesian Naval Officers, welcomed the craft.
