Arif helps PAF beat Army 1-0

ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Air Force (PAF) midfielder Arif Nawaz scored a brilliant goal to give his side all three points against Army in the 9th Pakistan Premier Football League-2012 (9thPPFL-2012) match played at Army Stadium Football Ground.
Match started at high pace as both teams tried to seal early initiative but due to some poor finishing in front of the goal none of them able to break the deadlock.
The first half ended with both PAF and Army locked at 0-0. In second half too, both teams strikers remain unsuccessful in their efforts to score against opponent till PAF finally managing to break the deadlock thanks to a neatly taken free kick by Arif in the 81st minute to seal the fate of the match. PAF striker Irfan Ali was adjusted player of the match.
