For Peace – Dir Tribes Vow To Help Pakistan Army
Rodbari Dilazak tribe has vowed to extend every possible help to the Pakistan army in maintaining peace in the region.
According to The News, Speaking at a jirga of the tribe, its provincial president Haji Fazl Rahim, district president Fazl Hadi, vice-president Aziz Khan and general secretary Rashid alias Bhutto said they stood ready to fight alongside the Pakistan Army against any enemy that wanted to destroy peace in the region.
The elders said they would not let the country be harmed by anyone and would defend it in testing times. They said the tribe would also be on the forefront in case of any natural disasters.
The leaders said the grand jirga of the tribe was a proof that it was united and had unanimity of views on all important issues.
