Pakistan Navy displays its prowess at NAVDEX in Abu Dhabi

The Pakistan Army dazzled and the Navy displayed its prowess at the NAVDEX, the naval, defence and maritime security section of the International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX 2017), held in Abu Dhabi.

Two of Pakistan’s ships PNS Azmat and PMSS HINGOL shone side by side with UAE and UK naval ships in the main menu of the NAVDEX. The patrol craft PMSS HINGOL, which is part of the Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA), made its debut at NAVDEX 2017 in Abu Dhabi.

Pakistan embassy in Abu Dhabi hosted a reception at a ship as part of a goodwill gesture to strengthen the bilateral relations between Pakistan and United Arab Emirates. Diplomats and defence attachés of various countries as well as UAE naval officers were warmly welcomed at the reception. Tareq Khalfan Abdullah Al Zaabi, Commandant Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum Naval College Brigadier (Staff) (Navy), was the chief guest.
